We are a motor sports complex centrally located between Grand Rapids and Lansing. We are home to many motorsports events that are exclusive to us in the state of Michigan. We are also an ideal venue for an out door festival or concert. We have a clean and well kept facility. We take pride in the appearance of the grounds, and we also take pride in the quality of the events that are put on at our facility. Our reputation is at stake and we want to maintain a good reputation with our neighbors and community. We are interested in leasing the venue and grounds out to reputable and self funded people only. Pricing for leasing will depend on the caliber or size of event you plan to host, and how much of the facility you need access to. All monies must be paid upon signing the lease agreement.
